The Life in Rhythm Seasonal Group is a 10-week experience which explores, discusses and challenges its group members to live out God’s design for work and family. It is a tool to help integrate the Rooted framework and rhythms into your life beyond the Rooted experience.

We want every person at Sage Hills Church to experience love in groups and join the hundreds of our church family who now have a deeper faith, made freedom steps, and gained new relationships. The cost is $35 per person which includes all sessions, your workbook, other materials, and the Celebration Dinner.

Where do groups meet?
All of our Life in Rhythm groups meet in different rooms at Sage Hills Church. The launch night will be held in the Worship Center, and the celebration dinner will be held in the Gym.
What if I cannot make all ten weeks?
We understand that Life in Rhythm is a large time commitment, but we believe it is worth it to invest in the entire process. If you know you are going to miss more than 2 meetings, we ask that you wait until the next session of Life in Rhythm. The 10 weeks are a cumulative experience, and so we ask that every participant commit to honor each other with being at every meeting.

Childcare is available for children 0 yrs. – 5th grade at zero cost for all our groups from 6:00pm-8:00pm that meet on our Sage Hills Church campus.

Can I lead a Life in Rhythm group?
Life in Rhythm Leaders get a front row seat to something remarkable – God transforming lives. Life in Rhythm leaders must be a Rooted alumni and agree to our leadership commitment.

Do you offer scholarships?
We believe that Life in Rhythm is such a life changing experience and we want everyone to participate! We understand that the Life in Rhythm registration fee may be a burden for some and we are happy to provide scholarships. If you have been impacted by Life in Rhythm and would like to give to back, donate to the Life in Rhythm Scholarship Fund.
